This car has had a body on frame restoration which was finished in 2013 which included the following complete engine rebuild, complete transmission rebuild, complete differential rebuild, all suspension, brakes, gas tank and sending unit, paint, chrome, complete leather interior with headliner, all carpeting, cooling system, fuel system, exhaust system, 5 new whitewall tires, wheelcovers, etc. straight eight with a Dynaflow transmission. Car has the original drivetrain with a 263 cu.
Car was restored from a rust free, low mileage original car with 61,000 miles. Afterwards, artist Rod Steward of Independence, Missouri, hand painted a faux forest of wood grain that was then buried in several coats of clear before final color sanding and rubout.This is a 1950 Buick Super Model 52 4 door sedan.
